Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use a good quality gluten free flour blend for best results. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
