- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup jam (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop out small amounts of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with your choice of jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
