Description

Delicious and healthy gluten-free sweet potato chips that offer a satisfying crunch, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and optional spices (paprika and garlic powder) in a bowl.
  4. Spread the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chips, soak the slices in cold water for 30 minutes beforehand.
