- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and optional spices (paprika and garlic powder) in a bowl.
- Spread the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy chips, soak the slices in cold water for 30 minutes beforehand.
