A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, these Gluten Free S’mores Bars are easy to make and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Combine gluten free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix in melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by mini marshmallows.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the crust mixture. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate chips.
