Description

Easy and customizable gluten-free pizza rolls filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for snacks or meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten free pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  5. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni on top.
  6. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the pizza rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Flour the surface well when rolling out the dough. Customize fillings with vegetables or different cheeses.
