- 1 cup gluten free pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the gluten free pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 3×3 inches.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni on top.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the pizza rolls on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Flour the surface well when rolling out the dough. Customize fillings with vegetables or different cheeses.
