A delicious gluten-free take on classic orange chicken, full of rich flavors and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine gluten free flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss the diced chicken in the mixture until fully coated.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Pour this sauce over the chicken in the pan.
- Stir well to coat the chicken and allow the sauce to thicken slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Great served over rice or with steamed vegetables. Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount.
