Description

A delightful gluten-free treat featuring rich chocolate hazelnut flavor with a soft and crumbly texture, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half of the Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serve.

Notes

For added texture and flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips. You can also replace Nutella with other chocolate or fruit spreads.
