- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- Whisk together the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half of the Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serve.
Notes
For added texture and flavor, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips. You can also replace Nutella with other chocolate or fruit spreads.
