- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together the gluten free flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Take small pieces of the dough and roll them into balls. Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer the dough balls in the bundt pan, continuing until all the dough is used.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Notes
Serve warm with coffee or tea. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature or frozen for up to three months.
