Description

A delightful gluten-free treat that brings joy to any gathering with its sweet and cinnamon-coated dough balls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the gluten free flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Take small pieces of the dough and roll them into balls. Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Layer the dough balls in the bundt pan, continuing until all the dough is used.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a plate.
