- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with non-stick parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a separate bowl until entirely smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a rich chocolate batter forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top if desired.
- Transfer to the pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Cool completely on a rack before slicing for a fudgy, perfect texture.
Notes
For a deeper chocolate flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract. Store tightly wrapped or in an airtight container.
