Description

A decadent gluten-free bread filled with rich chocolate flavor, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with non-stick parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil in a separate bowl until entirely smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a rich chocolate batter forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top if desired.
  6. Transfer to the pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  7. Cool completely on a rack before slicing for a fudgy, perfect texture.

Notes

For a deeper chocolate flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract. Store tightly wrapped or in an airtight container.
