- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, gluten-free breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor. Add spices or herbs for extra zing.
