Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten free oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruits if using.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Enjoy as a snack or dessert!
Notes
To make mixing easier, warm the nut butter slightly. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for two weeks. Freeze for up to three months.
