Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter, then add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Roll the dough into a log shape and slice it into cookies.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- To make the icing, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth, then drizzle it over the cooled cookies.
