Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
