Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk together gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth in another bowl.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
