Instructions

  4. Whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually until combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  8. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
