- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gradually until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

For best texture, ensure the butter is softened but not melted. Chill the dough to prevent spreading.
