Delicious and healthy gluten-free chocolate cereals made with almond flour and almond butter, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar or Keto Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar or sweetener, coconut flour, and cocoa powder. Mix well until evenly distributed.
- Add the almond butter and mix until a dough forms. You can use your hands for this step.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the fridge for about two weeks.
