Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Gluten-free pizza crust
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Beef or vegetable broth

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  3. Add broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to the onions, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the gluten-free crust on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the caramelized onion mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle Gruyère and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake according to crust instructions or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Be patient while caramelizing the onions for enhanced flavor. For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth.
