Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel, and halve them lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, kimchi, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
