Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the gluten free flour blend, salt, and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut out cookies using your desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
