Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix yuzu juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Brush half the glaze over salmon fillets.
