- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Instructions
- Combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and yeast in a separate bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For a crustier loaf, place a small dish of water in the oven while baking. Experiment with adding seeds or herbs for extra flavor.
