Description

A spicy, sweet, and gluten-free chocolate bark with a kick of heat from hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread melted chocolate evenly on the parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle hot honey over the chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt, cayenne pepper, and chopped nuts (if using).
  6. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and serve.
