Description

A refreshing gluten-free sorbet combining spicy chili and sweet mango for a unique flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend mangoes until smooth.
  2. Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved.
  3. Mix syrup with mango puree, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Pour into a container and freeze for 4 hours.
  5. Stir every hour to prevent crystallization.
  6. Serve chilled.
