A refreshing gluten-free sorbet combining spicy chili and sweet mango for a unique flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend mangoes until smooth.
- Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until dissolved.
- Mix syrup with mango puree, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Pour into a container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Stir every hour to prevent crystallization.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust chili powder to taste.
