- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core and chop the apples, then blend them in a blender with the almond butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serve.
Notes
These brownies can be served warm or at room temperature. Enjoy as is or with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla yogurt.
