Description

A delicious gluten-free bread loaded with rich salted caramel and cookie crumbles, perfect for dessert or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup cookie crumble (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just blended.
  5. Fold in the salted caramel sauce and cookie crumble.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a sweeter experience, drizzle extra salted caramel sauce on top before serving.
