- 8 oz gluten-free ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the gluten-free ziti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked ziti with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the ziti mixture in a baking dish, layer with half of the mozzarella cheese, then repeat with the remaining ziti mixture and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread. Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can enhance the flavor.
