A delicious and comforting gluten-free pasta bake that everyone can enjoy, with rich flavors and cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the gluten-free ziti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked ziti with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread half of the ziti mixture in a baking dish, layer with half of the mozzarella cheese, then repeat with the remaining ziti mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread. Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can enhance the flavor.
