Ingredients

- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup gluten-free pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- Combine the drained tuna, cooked pasta, peas, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle gluten-free breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
