Description

A comforting and hearty gluten-free tuna casserole, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup gluten-free pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Combine the drained tuna, cooked pasta, peas, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle gluten-free breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
