Description

A delightful blend of classic tiramisu and creamy cheesecake, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package gluten-free ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip each gluten-free ladyfinger briefly into the brewed coffee, then layer them at the bottom of a springform pan.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 360 minutes or overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese and mascarpone are at room temperature for easier mixing. For a stronger coffee flavor, add a bit of coffee liqueur to the coffee used for dipping.
