Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a separate bowl.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then add the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until everything is mixed well.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
