Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with gluten-free crackers or veggies.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained).
- Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
