  • Marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gluten free spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, gluten free breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to form meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
