Instructions
- Cook the gluten free spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, gluten free breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to form meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Add marinara sauce to the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs over the cooked spaghetti and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
