Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast in a small bowl; let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix gluten-free flour, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Stir in the yeast mixture and olive oil until well combined.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for shine and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving with your favorite burgers or sandwiches.
