Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 heads baby bok choy, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets and bok choy on a baking sheet.
- Brush salmon and bok choy with the sauce.
- Drizzle olive oil over bok choy.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
