Description

A simple and healthy gluten-free salmon dish with sesame ginger flavors and bok choy.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 heads baby bok choy, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets and bok choy on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush salmon and bok choy with the sauce.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over bok choy.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
