Ingredients

- 2 cups edamame (in pods or shelled)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the edamame. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
- If using shelled edamame, simply thaw if frozen.
- Toss the edamame with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread the edamame on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until slightly crispy.
- Serve warm or let cool and enjoy as a snack.
Notes
For a stronger garlic flavor, feel free to add more garlic powder. Experiment with different seasonings for unique flavors.
