Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the raw pumpkin seeds thoroughly and dry them completely with a towel.
- Combine the dried seeds with the olive oil, gluten free Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Toss everything together until the seeds are fully coated.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until they are golden brown and crunchy. Let cool before eating.
