Instructions
- In a bowl, combine potato flour, gluten free all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and olive oil; let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients along with apple cider vinegar.
- Mix until you have a smooth dough.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
