Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Coconut Flour
- 1 tablespoon Granular Sugar or Erythritol Granular Sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Chocolate Chips (to add on top)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a large microwave-safe mug.
- Using a small whisk, mix everything until well combined and smooth.
- Stir in the lemon zest.
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds, adjusting time based on microwave power.
- Remove, add chocolate chips on top, and serve.
Notes
Serve warm and enjoy on its own, or add whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftovers for up to a day in the refrigerator.
