- 8 oz Halloumi Cheese
- Tallow (or any cooking oil you prefer)
- Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- Slice the Halloumi cheese into thin slices, about 7 to 8 mm thick.
- Add the tallow to a frying pan and let it heat over medium-high heat.
- Carefully add the cheese slices to the pan. Use tongs to avoid splattering.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Once cooked, let them cool for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
