- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy in another bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
For storage, keep the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
