Description

Soft and fluffy gluten-free dinner rolls perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, tapioca flour, and ground flaxseed in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the warm water, olive oil, vinegar, and instant yeast in another bowl and let it sit for a few minutes until bubbly.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to rise slightly.
  6. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality gluten-free all-purpose flour and let the dough rise for improved texture. Experiment with toppings like herbs or seeds for added flavor.
