Description

Delicious gluten-free dessert bars made with almond and coconut flour, sweetened with honey or maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nuts or dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
