- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup nuts or dried fruits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
