- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup gluten free flour blend
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vanilla pudding or whipped cream for filling
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bring the water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
- Stir in the gluten-free flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and puffed.
- Allow them to cool, then fill with vanilla pudding or whipped cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
