Description

Light and airy gluten-free cream puffs filled with various delicious fillings, perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth without gluten.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Vanilla pudding or whipped cream for filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Bring the water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Stir in the gluten-free flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and puffed.
  8. Allow them to cool, then fill with vanilla pudding or whipped cream.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
