- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package gluten free wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper over to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the filling. Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
