Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.

  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top and add more cinnamon sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
