Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small pastries and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow cooling before serving.
