Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the dough into small pastries and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
