Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, olive oil, and water in a food processor. Pulse until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it is very thin, about a quarter inch thick.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter to score the dough into small cracker squares.
- Transfer the bottom parchment paper with the scored dough to the baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
- Let the crackers cool completely on the pan before breaking them apart.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in herbs like rosemary or thyme into the dough. Roll the dough thin for the best crunch and watch the baking closely as oven temperatures can vary.
