Description

A delicious gluten-free bread combining cheddar cheese and crispy bacon, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon, crispy and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter together until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, onion powder, and mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fold in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for at least 25 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
