- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 4 1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices Bacon, crispy and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter together until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, onion powder, and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 25 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
