- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
