Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the batter and swirl it in with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
