  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cream together the butter, cookie butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
