Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together eggs, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Notes
