Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together eggs, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
For a chocolate variation, replace 1/2 cup of almond flour with cocoa powder and consider adding chocolate chips.
